Hi, Well Im a total newbie to flash 
and I see all of your amazing footers, and Im like WOW! But I was wondering, how do you know all this stuff, where do you learn it, how do you know what action script to use? Just Wondering, because Id actually like to get good at flash, which I am not at the moment (consult my footer for truth, its just made from a great tutorial from Kirupa!)

www.flashkit.com is usefull as well
but what i like about kirupa, is that the turtorals come with the .fla so if I see something that i dont understand, I can pull them apart and figure it out!
Thanks…Ive read alot of the tutorials on Kirupa, and looked at flash kit (dont really like it, :S the mx bit is always at the end, and there are not many mx tutorials) but I still have no idea at all of how Id even consider making footers like some on Kirupa.
Anyway, thank you V much for trying to help and ill check out flash kit in more depth 
a lot of the footers you see are custom effects and no tutorials exist for them. They have just come about by experimentation and (some of them) accident… just takes time and experience… you’ll get it…

Ive seen a ton of great footers. whith effects I would have never thought of, Who ever creates a good effect, I recomend you make a tutorial of it!

i always wonder how all this flashers managed to understand the complicated actionscript… how do they know all of its functions, when to use them, how to use them…
i’ve go through most of .fla fles - in kirupa.com and flashkit.com, but still couldn’t create my own movies just like i want to.
