I’m trying to get a preloader to work for my website. I’ve tried the LocalConnection object but that doesn’t seem to work. I need to get the bytesLoaded and bytesTotal info from an external swf that i’m loading into the main movie so that the preloader which is in the main movie has the info for the actionscript. anyone know how to do this? help would be greatly appreciated!
