External SWF on Fullscreen flash

Hi guys

I have a full screen flash file. I would like to load an external SWF file on it.

These are my questions.

  1. How do I load it?

  2. How would i control its position when it gets loaded on the stage. (This is my main Q)
    is there any easy way like a component or something.

  3. How do i Unload it if i wanted to close it.

  4. Can i give a common preloader to the .swf files which are being loaded on the fullscreen flash file which is my background.
