I’m trying to install Tortoise for SVN. They only offer an MSI installer file. Supposedly Vista can’t handle MSI files correctly, so I followed the instructions online on how to extract the contents. Several sites give the same solution.
But whenever I do this, the help file for msiexec comes up and nothing else happens.
