How can I fade in/out text one letter at a time. So, as letter is faded-in 25% the second letter starts to fade in? I guess a better way to explain it would be… a left to right text fade-in.

U could use a mask for dat… or convert each letter to a symbol and animate them all.
well youd need to do is per letter at a time. A mask would work for revealing, but for fading, youd need to do it with each letter individually since masks dont support alpha differentiation.

Slowly fade-in the text one letter at a time, just like the fla. The only problem with the fla is the letter spacing is not equal for all letters.

No spacing between letters.

Well Amy, accordingly to the file u posted, u were using the font ** MagistralBlackC ** . I dunno how to explain dis, but sum fonts letter spacing r equal to all characters. I think it was the case of ur font.
Think about an i and an e . Though the i is much more thin than the e, both use the same space.
To change the font u simply click on the text field and select another font.
