Langrisser being back in proper tactical-RPG form is cool, but I’m a little wary of how much the trailer leans on flashy ult animations versus showing the boring stuff like map design and enemy AI. If it lands somewhere between old-school Langrisser and modern Fire Emblem pacing, I’m in.
Flashy ult cutscenes are fine, but they can hide a lot of sins. I mostly want to see whether positioning and terrain actually matter again, or if it’s just “stack buffs, press nuke, repeat. ”
