We’re a crew of 3 final year film students looking for competent flash animators to create 15-30 second simple diagramatic animations about light + colour for an experimental documentary (10 minutes when finished).
The video explores the history of light, some science about how light works + how we see, + finishes speculating on perceptions + the ways we see. The animations are for the use of visually exploring the science (eg. looking at how a prism splits white light into a rainbow, looking at the 3D colourspace of hue, saturation + brightness).
If this catches your interest + you have fast fingers (3 week deadline!) please check out our very rough demo at
and send a link of your previous work asap to toki@nozstock.com (07866 451 949). I will then send you a rough brief.
Sorry folks, no pay (students), but I will of course provide copies for all contributors.
Also, check out http://www.myspace.com/toxxxx if you are interested in submitting films to a festival this summer.
