Features for a website

Hello,

I would like to create a website that does the following

  1. Membership control features that allow sending specific information to selected members only.

  2. I want spreadsheets showing records of inventory. (The spreadsheet needs to be customizable by visitors to give the information that’s relevant to each visitor)

I’ll create the front end of the website but what software or tools are available to achieve the following goals? Thanks.
