Feedback: personal collateral work

letterhead

business cards

Questions? Thoughts?

:pope:

bluetuna - all of them look great; good work. However (sorry :)), two-sided business cards are more expensive than one-sided and business folks generally like to have more white space available to write down notes/tel nos, etc

Also the letterhead, from a practical point of view doesn’t leave much white space to use for communicating.

Could you try reducing the scale of the two lower fan details?

(Also - any reason why your letterhead has two shades of blue when the business card has only one?)

Overall though - good strong design that is striking and memorable - always good from a practical point of view!

the bs card design looks very eye catching and professional! :thumb:
very nice work!
but i agree with Cello for the letter head… i think the logo and the bottom part is a bit out of proportion! just needs a bit of tweaking

cool! I like 'em!

Very professional… Me likey! :thumb:

I agree that the waves in the letterhead should be reduced so that they lie in the margins only, or they should be washed out to a watermark-like intensity. From a design point of view the centering of the header doesn’t sit well with me. I think it’s be more aesthetic if it were on the left, or even far on the right, but that’s just my opinion.

As for the business card, if you wish to have a two-sided card, perhaps you can invert the colours on the back side. In other words everything that is blue becomes white and vice versa, with the main bleutuna logo washed out to encourage scribbling of info.

Overall I love it. Your collateral designs in the past have been an inspiration to me for quite some time and this is no exception.

Hey Q,
those look great
I agree with the reversal of colors on the back of the business card.
Other than that I really like it=)
great job

ccant add to much more to what has been said in terms of what to fix. i like it otherwise though

the buisness cards are superb and the only comment i could make is that the majority of business cards i have seen are usually landscape and have some room for writing details down.

Also, i would tend to disagree with the other peeps, when it comes to the paper, as it gives a good effect and no one really ever writes in the places taken up woith the fans,

Once again they look very good and very proffesional,

Theres my opinion,

Mike
