does any one ever get this message?

ok, now does any body know how to do that? I’ve searched all over to
find where this “Finder” is and no luck… (and if i remember correctly, thats on a mac and not a pc, i am on a pc, so why this error? totaly confused. now i could shrink down the file size but that will not work for what i am being asked to do(take a 10meg fla and compile 18 5meg fla’s into that fla, dont ask, it’s ugly).
