Film grain effect, is there one

I’m looking for a rocking film grain effect. I’ve seen the one on KIRUPA, but I’m looking for one that uses more actionscript.

Has anyone found a great FLA (mx) or tutorial on how to do one that looks more natural and is AS driven.
