I think the one posted a week or so ago was the preview and this is the official. 
I just installed: Even from the preview there is a new default skin, looks a bit more like the windows one. The homepage still says .8 and not .9?
Cant wait to try it out more though.

They must have just changed it because the mozilla.org homepage said 0.9

The only odd thing is… that I can’t get Chatzilla show up 
Yesterday at home I tried reinstalling and uninstalling. It showed up in my extensions list but not in ‘tools’ [size=1](or anywhere else either)[size=2]
Then, all of the sudden, it was there. I din’t do anything, it just appeared there while I was browsing Kirupa. Odd.
And now I’m facing the same problem at work…
