It seems to act exactly the same as the last release candidate.
It seems to act exactly the same as the last release candidate. :|
Pretty much yeahâŚ
Although to be honest, it hasnât hogged as much memory as it usually does on osx : )
Youâre right, it doesnât seem to use as much memory. Even on Windows.
Liking it so far, feels snappier than FF2 and the new UI is pretty neat. Iâm also excited about the new âAwesome Barâ, should help out a great deal in my plentiful moments of âwhat the hell was that site again?â.
Can anyone confirm that the Remove All button in the password manager asks for confirmation now? Iâve had a bad experience with that in the past, and itâs just baffling to me how FF2 does not ask you for confirmation before deleting all of your stored passwords. Hopefully they fixed that now.
@voets: yup
Heh, my language settings were still messed up because of rc2, nothing a fresh install didnât cure⌠bye bye bookmarks
Haha, is that for real? That looks like dutch, but itâs the most ridiculous and butchered dutch translation Iâve ever seen
(writing to you from the Quick Reply box since Advanced will not allow me to write in it)
ok now my advanced reply doesnât work, gawdammit
I think its some south african thing
â the language, that is
Oh right, makes sense - south african is essentially butchered dutch. Still funny to read ^^
Boekmerknutsbalk
:lol: Hahahahahaahhah - merk nuts
Dutch never stops looking weird to me. Iâm a Swede, speak fluent German and lived for almost a year in Amsterdam⌠still looks really odd :lol:
I guess I should stick with FF2 for a little bit till they fix this issue. I like my âGo Advancedâ feature
Anyone notice the slightly different default font? looks⌠tallerâŚ
The one thing that bothered me in the RCs on my laptop in Ubuntu was that when you increased the text sizedâŚit zoomed instead of actually increasing the text size hehâŚ
Right-click > Save Image As
highlights the file extension as well â contrary to the philosophy of Leopard
man⌠i should switch to QA as my career
Anyone notice the slightly different default font? looks⌠tallerâŚ
Yep itâs 0.2em taller.
Thought so
I just submitted three bug reports to bugzilla,
- Maximize button in OS X does not freaking work.
- "Open With ⌠" when downloading does not freaking work.
- âSave Page Asâ or âSave Image Asâ dialog box highlights the freaking file extension
Has anyone tried zooming in/out? Itâs the only really useful new feature Iâve seen them implement.
Works fine
how do you do that?
os x has this built in, kind of a redundant feature for me
^Its the normal <ctrl/command>+<+/-> now.
