What's firefox

What’s firefox…or i think that’s what it’s called…

People who have them sometimes have problems viewing someone else’s footer…

Firefox is a web browser like IE… only better…

just google the name…

C’mon Eilsoe, don’t be that harsh on the kid :smirk:

Vince, Firefox is a…

Just kiddin man, Firefox is a browser a lot better and cooler than Internet Explorer. Give it a try

FireFox = IE - security issues + kickass functionnalities
Simple.

Hes only 14, what did you expect? Vince, read it on www.mozilla.org

lol, thx guys…as u can see in my footer it says that i have a brain of a 2 year old…besides, no one i know has Firefox…so yea, never heard of it till i joined kirupa :stuck_out_tongue:

thx again

Do you really think age matters here?

firefox is just a burning fox.
since oil is becoming more and more expensive, people in europe started looking for regenerative energies.
And foxes just burn good.

Only the best browser I have ever used, and it’s free!

Congrats on seeing the light, now go and download it!

Well, when you’re 2 I think it does… :stuck_out_tongue: Right Vince?

I also have problems viewing certain flash movies with firefox… I’m not sure why though, they work fine in IE, but not firefox.

For example, the snake in my game: www.barbdwyer.com/snake.php appears in IE but not in Firefox.

Could it maybe be a problem with the browser? :gasp:

Firefox is the name of the aircraft Clint Eastwood steals in the moive Firefox.

:stuck_out_tongue:

:stuck_out_tongue: **** you beat me too it!! Everybody here is so young and in diapers still I bet they are saying Clint who???

“Go ahead, make my day!”

The man looks the same as he did 20 years ago… like worn leather…

Charles Bronson looked like worn leather from the minute he was born till the minute he died, why would Clint be different.

I guess to be really tough, you gotta look like leather (see Palance, Jack too)

Another issue I noticed with Firefox - most (if not all) of the tutorials on Kirupa that feature an example of what the tutorial is for don’t work in FF. :frowning:

I believe Firefox doesn’t show those because its a W3C complaint browser. The embed (or is it object) tags that they were using probably aren’t correct.

hehe, yep :stuck_out_tongue:

Hm…I starting to have second thoughts bout FF, since i find those examples really useful n helpful…still, Ill keep reading bout FF…

Is there any way to solve the problem?

Has anyone got this Thunderbird thing that is

A compliment to Fire fox
?

Thunderbird is a mail program similar to Outlook.
