Firefox - How to share information across a dualboot? (Ubuntu and XP)

Does anyone know how to setup Ubuntu and Windows so that Firefox will be the same across both OS’s? i.e. bookmarks, history, cookies, cache, extensions, blahblah…

I have access to the C: drive on my Windows installation from my Ubuntu installation…
