the picture of the house, i want to remove the shade… but have the same texture… and on the bottom part as you can see some parts are painted one color and some others don’t

the picture with the cars i want to remove everything thats above the brick wall. and as you can see also some parts are painted a color and the others a lighter or darker calor. so if you can help fix does so i can learn… i would apreciated…
