I’ve been working couple of years with the FLASH CMS solution called “flaria”.
I’ve finished a new component set today ( 20.12.08 ) and it is free to download from:

So please test it if you have any needs for dynamic content in Flash.
Flaria writes also clean and valid HTML:

… so you can use it as a standalone sitemaker for flash/ajax and HTML sites.
