Does software exist to test for 508 compliancy? if so, does it stamp w/ certificate?

I have read many macromedia articles in the past couple of days on accessibility.
I get the v. strong impression that it is not possible at this time to make a flash
site totally 508 compliant? Does anyone know for sure?I read the last faq and its answer seemed to indicate …well, here’s a bit of the answer to ‘can everything I do w/ Flash cs3 be made accessible by following design techniques?’
last part of ans: “…some Flash content will never be accessible using the current version of Flash Player. Such content includes dynamic text variables and custom navigational elements, which are not exposed to the os using the same methods as html.”
