I’m fairly new to Flash, but i have been working on the following site http://www.cuttle-mill.com but i have two outstanding issues i need to address.
The first one is how to overcome Pop-up Blockers as some people are compaining that they cannot view the site, and after one of my firends said the same thing i went around to his home and added the site as a trusted site in his Pop-up blocker, it was then viewable. Therefore, is there away to either bypass the Pop-up blocker or other wise tell the person trying to view the site, that their Pop-up blocker is stopping the site from being viewed correctly?
The second problem is how you go about trying to find out if somebody has a flash player installed when they visit the site. Can anybody tell me the best way of acheiving this or point me in the right direction of a tutorial that may assist?
Please don’t be too mean to a noob, i know the site is pretty basic compared to some of the awesome sites shown here, but i’ve at least made a start!
