We are looking for an [/font][font="]ActionScript GURU - someone who can create ultra lean, ultra mean code. The type of person who knows ActionScript and Flash so well that he/she can do in 3 lines of code what the average person takes 30 lines to do. Someone who understands that complex sites should be efficient and easy to update. That users don’t want to wait 30 minutes for a pre-loader. [/font]

Contract with possible F/T in the future - esp. if you fit in and show us how awesome you are. This position starts ASAP and will likely go through mid Summer. IN HOUSE ONLY! We really need your butt in one of our chairs. [/font]
[font="]You will take Flash and design elements in various forms - from movies to PSD layouts - and quickly build them out as interactive web experiences. You will program advergames. You will mentor our designers so that they can improve their own ActionScript skills and efficiency. You will streamline designers’ code. You will animate things using code whenever possible. You will find ways for each project to reduce file size and load times. You will integrate Flash components with ASP, PHP, and other technologies. You will meet deadlines. You will play well with others. And best of all, you will hopefully have some fun, especially if you’re truly into this lifestyle. So many people out there think they’re good at ActionScript, and maybe they are. We don’t want “good” - we want THE BEST.[/font]
