Flash and IE 6 and 7

I’m learning to be a web designer. Recently I’m working with flash and I have two questions:

  1. Why is there a box around the flash movie in the IE 6 and 7 if I put mouse over it? And It stay there untill Ipress on it. Do I do smth wrong in Flash, Is it Flash Player (i have 9) or is it IE? Is there anything I can do to get rid of it?
  2. If I put Flash buttons on the site should I also put Flash detertor?
