[FONT=Symbol]·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT][FONT=&quot]Must have extremely strong Flash skills[/FONT]
[FONT=Symbol]·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT][FONT=&quot]Must have extremely strong Photoshop skills[/FONT]
[FONT=Symbol]·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT][FONT=&quot]Must have extremely strong motion graphics portfolio[/FONT]
[FONT=Symbol]·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT][FONT=&quot]Must have extremely strong optimization abilities[/FONT]
[FONT=Symbol]·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT][FONT=&quot]Must be able to generate clean and well organized Flash files[/FONT]
[FONT=Symbol]·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT][FONT=&quot]Must be comfortable working with complex Flash sites[/FONT]
[FONT=Symbol]·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT][FONT=&quot]Must demonstrate strong understanding of web usability[/FONT]

[FONT=Symbol]·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT][FONT=&quot]Some experience generating and using 3D elements in Flash[/FONT]
[FONT=Symbol]·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT][FONT=&quot]Ability to optimize video for the web[/FONT]
[FONT=Symbol]·[FONT=&quot] [/FONT][/FONT][FONT=&quot]Current Table Tennis champions taking a break are always a plus.[/FONT]
