[FONT=Calibri][SIZE=3]I am developing a website which requires a flash player which has to have the ability to play any Flash, MPEG-4 or MOV video in slow motion (both frame-by-frame and in slow motion forward). This player needs to play in slow motion regardless of what framerate the original video was encoded at. [/SIZE][/FONT]
[FONT=Calibri][SIZE=3]This flash player should be built off of the attached sample Flash video player and needs to be designed with the following specifications so that it can allow for slow motion playback and full compatibility:[/SIZE][/FONT]
