FLV Player - Slow Motion

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if you guys could tell me a way to play back an FLV video in slow motion. Ultimately, I would like the FLV player that I am developing to have the ability to both:

  1. Play videos in slow motion; and
  2. Play videos on a frame-by-frame basis (i.e. a user would click a button to advance the video one frame at a time).

Do you know how I would be able to accomplish both of these?
