Flash Detect: Image or Animation

I found this script on kirupa and it looks like it’s going to work well however, is there a way to control where on the page the .swf or the alternate image will go?

I have a site and the flash animation goes below a navigation bar. This script places the .swf or the alterante .gif right on the top of the page. Here is the script for easy reference:
