I was wondering what the best practice is for Flash detection nowadays. I just recently upgraded to Flash 2004 and it has a detection tool built right into it. I also just recently upgraded to Service Pack 2 that will not let me see Flash content without first OKaying the Active X controller. Using the detection built in 2004, I’m checking for Flash Player 7.0. Despite me having the latest Flash Player, it stills says that I need the latest version when I launch the detection HTML.
Anyone have any ideas?
