Hey I’m looking to hire on a contractor type position, I’ve been doing all the flash and my partner does all the design. But I’ve been offered a better job doing strictly design work and some small flash things. But I don’t want to put my business to rest just yet. I’d like to keep it going. So I’m looking for someone that is very skilled in Flash, XML, XHTML, JAVA, PHP OR ASP, ACTIONSCRIPT, PHOTOSHOP.
You will need to be able to take a photoshop PSD and bring it to life without loosing any of its design quality.

This would be a pay per project agreement. There will be lots of work, I’ve been able to do this full-time, you might be able to as well.
You will need to know how Web Servers work, such as SOAP WEB SERVERS. - One of our largest clients use this for all there sites.
