I spent approx 2 weeks to develop this application. I wasn’t actually so difficult… What took me a lot of time is generating of Displacement Map according to key points.
Also you can visit my blog where you could compare existing morphing tool I’ve found on the web and my one:

But all similar online applications I could find don’t give you freedom) You can’t do morphing between any two photos you want. And also they use video or even static middle frame. But if you find something interesting please send me a link, I’d like to have a look:)
