Could someone please tell me the best way to create a flash/html hybrid site?
Am I supposed to use tables? frames? any advice would be great, thank you.

Well Flash and HTML are seperate, so do what you can in Flash for the Flash part, and do whatever you can in HTML for the HTML part.
Make sure to keep it simple, easy to navigate, cross-browser functional, and screen resolution friendly as well.
But just experiment with what you think looks good.
