This is my attempt.You can change the values in the array(or add values) to get it like you want.Hope it helps
How can u set it so the rain is heavier and spread out a bit more?
You can just add values to the array for example add [200,225,40].
200 is _x,225 is _y and 40 is _rotation.
If you want it to move faster go to the library, edit symbol1 and remove some of the frames from the middle.
