We want a Flash experienced developer who can design a template for us. We are currently using Wordpress as a back bone engine and even went to the extent to purchase a template, we want someone who is comfortable in PHP and xHTML. The designer needs to be able to create a flash banner DDD standard minimum and the banner must blend in with the template. You need to have extensive CSS skills.
