We require a flash designer/developer to design 2 a very simple flash templates that fits the entire browser screen regardless of browser window screen size.

As we don’t really need animation on these flash templates, however if you want to show us your skills then feel free.
The main focus is just to have a flash file (fla and swf) able to fit the browser window regardless of size, so that we can edit it and use that file.
We’re looking for a really good flash designer/developer who can carry out this job, as shown in the URL examples (above) within a quick turn around.
Examples of flash work would be useful, and will help in when selecting the candidate.
Time frame for this should be no longer than a week…the sooner the better, but the work must be of high standard and very professional.
We have a budget of $60 to have 2 x template pages completed.
