I made this for PAX TV’s new gameshow On The Cover. It is a dynamic quiz game, which randomly selects questions for the specified week from a mySQL database and loads them into flash. Flash then dynamically loads the images and asks the questions. The mailing list is also another table, which uses flash to send variables to PHP which then stores them.
