Flash Relative Resize Within Html

I NEED HELP

I have flash within a html but when I view it on pcs with smaller resolution it sqaushes to fit screen.
How do i make it so instead of squash to fit it stretchs and makes thinks relativly smaller etc

All Help Is Welcome Plz Help
