I am an aspired web designer coming from the area of animation ( I am a skilled flash animator but quite a newbie with web design) . I have a client who needs a flash site with updateable content (thinking of using cms pro).
Does anybody know how much I should charge him with? Is this doable with no programming skills? If not, is anyone interested in helping out and for what fee?
