Hiya Everyone,
This is a little hard to explian but here goes. I have an image, and I would like to try and create a flash/strobe effect over that image, so its flashing at regular intervals, like a loose connection that causes your scree/telly if flas, thats the best way of explaning it.
Any ideas, suggestions would be really appreicated.
