Hey all!
So I am trying to create a cartoony looking water fountain effect in Flash but I am not pulling it off successfully. I have a city that I created, and in the middle of the city, I have a statue with water spouting out of it’s mouth.
Does anyone have, or know where, or assist me with a water fountain effect in Flash that looks nice.
I am sure y’all have seen http://www.biteycastle.com and the animations that Adam Phillps does there. But his animation of water is wonderful and I am trying to mimick that in my water fountain.
