on www.2advanced.com, what would it take to accomplish that? Is it many movies loaded into 1? Are there like a billion diff scene/layers/movies and stuff? I’m lost when it comes to making a flash website like that.
yes. if you work with flash you can see that the 2advance site is very basic in terms of action scirpt etc.
all it is, is a alot of motions, frams, layers etc
there really is no “hard” actionscirpt in it. It just takes alot of time putting all those effects together.

yes thats a problem if making a flash site. the best thing to do is to put everything into symbols that way you dun muck up your site and when it comes to updating it… it will be much easiler.
2A is one of the most copied and ripped sites out there, but they do have a lot of good ideas.
It’s confusing to start with, but reallt it’s a matter of looking at it, then breaking it down into smaller pieces, so you can see how it fits together. So the main movie hold say four smaller ones, one for each section. Those in turn contain more movies and clips… It’s sort of like Russian Dolls. 
Well I haven’t been into Flash that long to know if that site is copied and ripped from other sites. But anyway, its cool nonetheless. Yea, its confusing at first, but when u look at it, you kind of get an idea of how to put it together. It just takes alot of time :!:
But if someone could be kind enough to kind of write a run through of the process on how to achieve that goal that would be cool.:thumb:
delete your temporary internet files (tools>internet options…>delete files)
then go to 2A and look at all the sections. then copy all the .swf files from your temp folder (\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files) to your desktop or what ever. then open the files one at a time to see how the site was constructed. you may need to RC>play some of the 2A swfs.

i have seen a million 2A site copies…
be orginal and make something new.
Remember flash sites are always about having flashy things.
Its about making new ideas. Have something creative.
