Flash

I am a Flash beginner, and I am looking for two things:

A. Can you guys post the critical aspects that a Flasher should keep in mind while creating a flash homepage.

B. Does anyone have or know of a completed flash document with a preloader? All the tutorials I’ve viewed are rubbish, so I think it would be best for me to see a preloader’s actionscripting and disect it (is this ripping?).

Also, how would you go about preloading the sections of a site one at a time, do you create seperate flash movies on seperate pages, or do you do some sort of actionscripting?
