I’ve created an interactive cd with video using flash with flvs at very high quality. I no longer have the source files for the videos (originally after effects files). Now I have to make a version for the web. Any suggestions or work arounds to using the high quality flvs and turning them into lower quality flvs?
I’ve tried a few flv>avi, flv>mpg, to then turn it back into a flv but the quality isn’t that great.
