I have been making my very own scrollbar component for two main reasons: 1) The Flash UI scrollbar component is very hassle to customise and 2) its file size is huge! 
Anyway, I have successfully made my own. It’s actually version 1.5. I have managed to fixed some bugs and added additional features. Now, I would like to ask for your help to please check my code and to offer guidelines on how to make it follow excisting standard in component making and coding. So if anyone of you are interested please PM me so I can send you the file. When it will be finished I will submit it to Kirupa so it can be available here for free.
