I have a fairly large Flash application (around 6,000 lines of actionscript code) and most of my code is attached to objects. Now, I have an integral piece of code I wrote a long while ago that I need to edit. But I can’t find it! I know it’s still there and functioning, but I can’t find it in my actionscript window. In that Actions - Frame window, the browsing section where it shows the objects with code, I can locate the section “main”. But the code space is blank for it. Same goes for other objects until I actually select them in the main window.
Is there any way I can locate my code placements without manually seaching all my objects on all the different levels? I’ve actually gone and went through the likely objects. But the thing is, this particular code I don’t remember applying TO an object. So yeah, is there a way to disable that whole speal where it hides code unless you’re on the proper level with the proper object selected?
