I have a couple of font symbols in my library, that I use to dynamically change the font of text fields. All of that works fine…but my problem is that my preloader doesn’t show up until my movie is 26% loaded… usually this is because of components, but I already have all of my components set to export on the 2nd frame… I’m wondering if the delay is being caused by the font symbols…? I tried to investigate this by setting the linkage for each font symbol to NOT export in first frame… but as soon as I do that, my embedded fonts don’t show up in the movie. As soon as I turn it back on, they do.
Any thoughts? Do you always leave your font symbols linkage set to export on first frame?
Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
