See my footer? It uncovers a bit of Kylie when you roll over it with your mouse. It works fine in general, but if I hover over it and then scroll the page up or down and then try it again, it doesn’t display the hover nor does it display the hand cursor for the button.
Can you try hovering over it and then scrolling down or up and then hovering over it again and tell me if it displays again? Oh, and click on it too ^^
