Hey everyone,
While adding new BB codes, I figured the footer violation may require an update. The old policy was that their footers would simply be replaced or commented out with the footer tags.
Instead, now, we can give a reason why the footer was edited in the tag itself. For example:
[v]The footer’s file size is too large[/v]
This will probably save us all a lot of time from having to add comments in the tiny editing box or PM’ing the individuals 
I’ve attached the code format to this attachment. The old “placing italics tags” into the BB codes didn’t work for me.
