Um, Ms. Noob Thang here again -
If we see a footer that does not meet the guidelines how we do change it? Do we just go into the vBulletin page for the person and erase what they have in the footer box, then write “Footer does not adhere to guidelines/Reason: exceeds 300 x 60 pixel limit” or whatever? Or are there some standard tags to put in there?
