We are seeking a moderator for our website. We have a gaming website with about 20K registered members and have recently finished developing a forum that will go live in about a week. The forum is an ASP.net based forum that is tightly integrated with the site.
Well, we thought we could moderate this ourselves. But our little team has been really busy and decided it is best to get someone with experience and time to handle the forums.
What we are looking for:
- someone with experience moderating forums
- As the forums are brand new, we need someone who can keep the forum’s alive during the initial stages by pro-actively posting, responding and moderating.
- creative thinking who can suggest new topics, abandon old forums and ideas to make the forums more active.
- handle our internal system for customer complains and abuses

Pay:
We are flexible in payment terms. Hourly or by posting or a fixed monthly salary are all on the table.
