I am looking for both and moderator and an administrator for my webiste, this is an part time job wich takes about 2-3hours a day.
Moderator: Mainly focused on customer support, replying to customers question AND solve the customers problems. No specific skills required expept good english writting skills and basic computer skills.
Administrator: Maintain the website provide solutions to problems moderators cant solve, change data, modify data, input data, make back-up ect… Required skills: good computer skill, good written english, good knowledge of php/mysql and html, good at managing file and data systems.
We only need good and motivated people with previous experience (min. 2 years), the pay depends on your experience from a minimum as moderator: $10 p/h and as administrator $20 p/h with bonusses if your skill let the website to more customers (till max: $35 p/h).
