I noticed large difference in performance of flash videos on different browsers.
IE - slow
Firefox 2.0 and below - slow
Firefox 3.0 - intended speed
Google Chrome - intended speed.
What is it in the browser that causes the sluggishness. Do these browsers have a maximum frame rate?
