is it possible to load a html file into flash, or maybe have frames?
Yes and no.
A dynamic text field, in Flash, will accept HTML if you check off the check box called “HTML” in the text options panel. HOWEVER, you can only use code circa 1984. That means, font, color, links, size and bold/italic are ok, anything beyond that is pretty much no possible.
Flash however is about organizing data. That is to say, Flash actually displays data better than html in some respects. You can’t simply convert all your web pages over to Flash by importing them into an FLA for production, but you can restructure from scratch, the data, and have it display in a variety of ways including those that look like frames.
